3.1 AK Man Spa offers various massage services. 3.2 All online bookings require a deposit of $1,000. 3.3 These deposits are non-refundable. 3.4 Customers who choose to cancel their appointment will not receive a refund of their deposit. 3.5 We value our customers’ time, therefore we encourage customers to cancel appointments 12 hours before the scheduled time to allow others the opportunity to book services. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from customers who do not cancel within the time frame. 3.6 Customers may change their appointment time once, but must contact our customer service department via Line or WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule.

VIP Membership

4.1 VIP members have access to exclusive content on our website. 4.2 VIP membership purchases are non-refundable; please be aware of this policy. 4.3 Coupons obtained through VIP membership have specific terms of use; please be sure to review these terms and conditions. 4.4 Non-transferable: VIP memberships and coupons obtained through VIP membership are not transferable. Under no circumstances can they be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual. Your purchase acts as your agreement to this non-transferable clause.
